An excellent 5-course cuisine delivered by Payal Events. All the main course dishes will be placed in the centre of the table for the guests to share, providing an opportunity to taste everything on offer.

Canapes (starters) during Drinks Reception 

  • Lamb Wrap  Minced Lamb kebab wrapped in traditional romali roti drizzled with mint chutney and pomegranates
  • Kesoori Chicken Tikka Pieces of Chicken Breast marinated in yoghurt, spices and infused with fresh fenugreek finished in a tandoor
  • Chilli Cheese Toast (v) A twist on the British classic: Melted Mozzarella on freshly toasted mini bread infused with chillies and spices
  • Paneer Sandwich (v) Homemade Indian cheese blended with potatoes coated in breadcrumbs fried until golden

All served with Imli Chutney, Tamarind Chutney and Mint and Coriander Chutney (v)


Main Course (Family Serving) all served on the table and replenished, no pre-ordering required

  • Chicken Karahi (Nut Free) – Traditional home style cooked chicken with fresh tomato and spring onions with ginger and garlic roasted spices, garnishes with fresh coriander.
  • Achari Lamb (Dairy Free) (Nut Free) – Lamb marinated with pickle cooked to hot and sharp taste with onion, fennel, mustard seed add spices
  • Mixed Veg Jalfrezi (v) – Freshly cut colourful vegetables infused with Indian herbs and spices finished off in a stir fry
  • Vegetable Kofta in Masala Sauce (v) – Mixed vegetable dumplings cooked in traditional vegetarian gravy
  • Pilao Rice (v) – Whole cumin seed pilao made from long grain Himalayan basmati
  • Raita (cl) (v) – Chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes mixed with natural yoghurt, slightly seasoned and garnished with coriander
  • Rainbow Salad (cl) (v) – Indian style salad with cucumber, spring onions, tomatoes, beetroot and peppers finished with lemon juice and spices
  • Tandoori Naan (cg) (v) – Made fresh on site
  • Garlic Naan (cg) (v) – Traditional Naan blended with fresh Garlic


Dessert & Beverages


  • Vanilla Crème Brule (gf) – A simple mixture with vanilla infused cream, egg yolks and sugar; garnished with brown sugar and lightly torched on site to finish
  • Mixed Berry Sliced Fruit (gf) (nf) (Vegan) – Freshly sliced berries finished with chopped mint garnish and lemon juice drizzle

Alcohol –  There will be 2 onsite-bars provided by the venue (located on either side of the Premier Suite) and this will be open from 5.30pm-11.00pm.

To pre order your wine please complete download the Wine List 2019 and return to the hotel no later than 7 working days prior to the event.
