1EM Event to Feature Speed Networking and Expert Advisor Panel
On Tuesday 14th May, 1 Events Media will host a business networking event in Blackburn, featuring a half-hour ‘speed networking’ session and an opportunity for delegates to obtain direct, one-to-one advice from a panel of experts specialising in marketing, social media, finance & grants and international trade.
Running between 4.30pm and 6.30pm the evening session will be held at the Business Development Centre at Eanam Wharf in Blackburn.
The speed networking stage of the event affords an opportunity for businesses to meet potential new customers, partners and suppliers, whilst the clinic-style ‘meet the experts’ stage will allow delegates to speak in private with one or more of the five business specialists.
Organised with support from the regional branch of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and from UK Trade & Investment, the event will present two experienced Chartered Marketers to answer questions on marketing and social media, whilst an advisor from UKTI will be on hand to deal with enquiries about the support available to companies interested in trading overseas. 1EM’s own directors, Mubarak Chati and Shakeel Desai will also be available to help delegates with management issues such as leadership, coaching and new business development.
